How long have you been in business?
We have been in Business for over 30 years. Our backgrounds in Electronics and Engineering for over 45 years. We have worked in Field Service, In-house Tecnical, Advanced Micro Device Development both Analog and Digital and have a part of us that is closely linked to Entertainment (Preforming)
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is to listen to a problem that can be solved using electronics and designing and installing a solution using electronics systems and products. Usually the question or need falls within one of the following categories: Entertainment, Security, Communication, Productivity, or Convenience type of solutions. To complete the process, we develop custom controls to define Ease of use.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our president first worked with a large conglomerate located in Minnesota as a field engineer on roughly 40 products. Drove up to 300-400 miles a day to be the "FIRE PUTer OUTer", that is to repair, replace or correct a equipment problem. Many technologies were held proprieties of the company. Electronics and surrounding mechanics and exclusive technics were in use. He went on to become a micro-electronics engineer (micro-chips) with other large conglomerates and developed chips of which are still in use today in data and reconstruction of data over the internet. His work in under-water transducer profiles was a factor in the method of creating stealth paint for the government submarine fleet.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We try to give our clients the best system product we can deliver. Our service calls are our lowest form of income with 2011 service income at 0.01% of total income. We had recently repaired a system that was installed 17 years ago and on its first service call. It had many issues within design to contend with, including being installed on salt water shores. This is the norm not the abnormal of our work provided.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one facility which holds our offices and working products which demonstrate many of our system capabilities, including a 10 seat Dedicated theater room. We currently do not have any plans to expand for we cover Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and other far-away places from our local.

The company is a Corporation held closely by Robert Lieto our President.

Although our hours are fixed for our local counter (CustomAV) our designs and custom work is by appointment.
