I have 30 years of experience in executive search working with companies ranging from technology start-ups to global corporations.
I understand how to help clients excel in the their current company, how to look for career growth in another role, and how to manage a job search.
Having certified in Results Coaching and Conversational Intelligence Coaching I understand how to assist leaders who want to create healthy productive cultures.
I have a PhD in Education Psychology.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I know how to listen and how help clients formalize what it is they want to achieve. We then partner on productive brainstorming on the best plan for moving forward. We then executive on the plan.
