We have used this company 2 times in the past. They helped us when no one else would. I wish they had an email for communication but overall I would recommend them and use them again.

My husband and I were victims of identity theft. Donnell Financial was the ONLY group that helped us. We personally have never had a issue. This is our first loan with them, but they are great. The process is a bit long but so worth it. The process is set to protect them and us. The fee is very reasonable. We would most def recommend to anyone!!!

I've never really had a major problem working with them. I got a cash advance 4 out of the last 5 years or more and they did as they should have. Be even better if they had more contact options etc however.

Very poor communication. Did not abide by the contract. they breached the contract more than once. Took weeks for them to return money to me that was mine....and still didn't get it all to me.

I have never had a problem. They have always been on time with phone calls, email and any communications. They have helped my family and I cannot say enough about them. I am truly blessed to have a company who have helped me so much over the years. Thank you

Great company...met all expectations
Lack of communication access needs to be updated.
Company would be able to help more people with greater technical access
